Some of the things that preoccupy us have to do with the current economic situation of our country.  Our homes are losing values.  Once proud homeowners are walking away from their abode.  The housing sector has known a bust.  Long gone are the days of multiple refinancing. That is why we are in so much debt.  We have come to depend too much on foreign debt.  China is keeping us going by lending us money.  Foreign investors are shoring up our lifestyle.  Yes, we care about that too.  We care about the state of our economy and personal finance.
